He is survived by : his former life partner Kelly Miller; his daughter Lindsay; his grandchildren, Lennox Jenna, Kash J, Presley Kay and Josie Rae; his wife Karla Jarvis; his children, Karlee Jo Hansen (Zachary), Jarrett Joe Jarvis (Jenna) and McKennon Joe Jarvis (Allie); and his siblings, Brent (Kathy), Steven (Corliss), Blake (Sharon), Jeff (Judy), Laurie Purkey (Jerry) and Natalie.
