He was predeceased by: his father Frank Smith; and his sister Karen Smith. He is survived by: his mother Veloris Smith; his siblings, Sherryl Ludlow (Doug), Amy Barfuss (Chris) and Gary Smith (Laurel); his children, Kimberly Jaynes (Craig), Tyler Smith (Kristine), Trevor Smith (Joni), Katelyn Brinkerhoff (Jordan) and Kortney Herrmann (Nathan); and his grandchildren, Annie, Scottie and Lizzy. He is also survived by his children were young he adopted many pets including cats, rabbits, birds, and dogs.
