He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland John and Georgia Rasmussen Birch. He is survived by: his spouse Birdena Bird; his former wife Birdena Birch; his children, MaLesa Hone (Ernie), Shanon Birch (Nicky) and Misty Webber (Dennis); and his siblings, Leslie Birch (Jill), LaRie Davis (Kevin) and Jay Birch (Sharalyn). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
