He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Sue; his children, Devonny Miskin (Jon), Jeffery (Mindi), Tavonny Phillips (Jon), Mindi Worwood (Jeffery), Jennifer Jones (Travis), William Bates (Karen), Melody Scott (Lancer), Nita Andrew (Brigham), Richard Olsen, Katrissa, Dustin Olsen (Yanely) and Austin (Browyn); and his siblings, Tammie Howard, Martin and Tony. He is also survived by 42 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
