He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Ron (Nancy) of Spanish Fork, Wendy Johnson (Mike) of Provo and Brad (Angela) of Spanish Fork; and his sisters, Mildred Haymond of Idaho Falls and Audrey Gavin (Terry) of Lake Shore, Utah.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson.
