He is survived by: his former wife Cathleen Jeffs; his grandchildren, Janessa, Addison, Eli, Briar and Arlo; his children, Millie Ann Koyle (Bradford), Erica Cervantes (Jafet), Braden Swasey and Jeffery Reed Webb (Exonnie); and his sister Karolyn Pendleton.
