He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael Morales and Maria Guadalupe Villa; his son Daniel Morales, Jr.; and his brothers, Sergio Morales and Jaime Morales.
He is survived by: his wife Placida Aviña; his children, Rocio (Juan), Sandra (Jaime) and Rafael (Araceli); his grandchildren, Daniela, Edgar, Zaira, Jaime, Eduardo, Andrea and Elizabeth; and his sisters, Virginia, Angelina, Martha and Leticia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
