She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Creviston (Dan) of Springville and Nicole Zamora-Wilson of Springville; her grandchildren, Allie Dewitt (Tyler) of Vernal, Johnathon Creviston of Springville, Christina Creviston of Springville, Alyssa Creviston (Asher) of Logan, Brandon Buddle of Spanish Fork and Nikolas Buddle of Spanish Fork; and her sisters, Glenda Rose Moore (Bruce) of Mooreland and Christy Pratt (Rick) of Pahoa, Hawaii. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
