She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. McKellar and Afton Agnes Tanner; and her son Richard Todd Palmer. She is survived by: her husband Richard Frank Palmer; and her children, Pamela Palmer Jones (Alan), Michael Scot Palmer (Kelly Wood) and James Brett Palmer (Sandra).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tate Mortuary (110 S Main St, Tooele, UT 84074). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Tooele City Cemetery (361 S 100 E, Tooele, UT 84074). Her oldest son Todd died in 2021 from the Covid Pandemic.
