She is survived by: her husband Max Otten; her sons, Steven Max Otten (Sue) of Manti and Michal Otten (JoAnn) of Manti; and her sister Hazel Anderson. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
