He was predeceased by: his brother Ray Otten. He is survived by: his wife Janet Johnson; his sons, Steven Max Otten (Sue) of Manti and Michal Otten (JoAnn) of Manti; and his siblings, Dean, Clair and Shila Otten. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great- grandchildren.
