She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ora and Barbara Edna Montgomery; and her children, Jarod and Nicole Warner. She is survived by: her husband Roger Warner; her daughter Sherrie; her grandchildren, Cody Eggett (Aly) and Caitlyn "Jade" Murphy (James); her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Lacey Eggett and Mckinlee Murphy; and her siblings, Scott, Alan Montgomery and Janet Kersey (Jerry). She is also survived by her daughter, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Debra's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
