He is survived by: his son Dennis Jr. (Kim); his wife Sharon; his daughters, Joy Lynn Marston (Mike) and Tammy Lee Harris (Calvin); and his siblings, Val Cook (Pat) of Syracuse, Gary Cook (Sheila) of Layton, Kevin Cook (Sue) of Hooper and ShuRee Kerr (Larry) of Syracuse.
