He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Thedell and Bessie Thedell; his wife Connie Rae Knight; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Bradfield and Alex Kahikina.
He is survived by: his daughter Staci VanBrunt (Brendan); his grandchildren, Harley, Haylie and Russell; and his sisters, Peggy Fink (Paul), Karen Bradfield and Connie Kahikina.
