It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel J. Whiting (Syracuse, Utah), born in Bountiful, Utah, who passed away on April 25, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Rebecca (Dean); her siblings, Richard, Allen, Dorothy and Marie; her son-in-law John Forgie (Mary Ann); her granddaughter-in-law Jill Litton Ballamis (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Chloe and Alyssa Forgie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Polakoff (Ed), Mary Ann Forgie-Eaton (Michael), Teresa Whiting, Nina Amott (Jeff), Jeannette Ballamis Phelps and Denise Moyer. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren.
