He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Carlson; his children, Mike Carlson (Jody), Suzzanne Hadley (Jon), Jennifer Nall and Shanda Johns (Dwayne); his grandchildren, Chase (Cassie), Broc (Ryley), Sage, Brianna (Kordale), Alexis (McKay), Wyatt, Bridger, Connor and Quincey; and his great grandchildren, Bentlee, Braxton and Bronx.
