He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Toves and Guadalupe Matanane Quichocho; his wife Mae Jean; his children, Melissa "Missie" Mae Lambert, Lee, Gil Edward, Marie Jeannine, Gerome Paul (Katelyn Pursel), Geoffrey Jesus and Kaylee Payne; his siblings, Mae, Edward "Sonny" (Darlene Eay), Lena Marie and Rudy (Christine Fejeran); and his parents-in-law, Paul Jr. Debibar (MaryAnn Concepcion), Phillip Debibar (Arizona), Priscilla Lujan (Guam), Lourdes Sablan (Guam), Bernadita "Bernie" Ibanez (Guam), James Debibar (Stephanie Cruz), Rosalind Rooke (Texas), John Debibar (Celeste Materne) and Peter Debibar (Julie Ann Rosario).
They had five children and raised them on a foundation of faith, culture, and love.
