He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Alice Jones; his spouse Frances Brockbank; his parent Henry Eddy; his brothers, Edwin Eddy and Lee Eddy; his wife Patricia Eddy; his sister Shirley Morse (Norm); his children, Corey Eddy (Rhonda), Rick Eddy (Tracey), Kristi Jellerson, Holly Freestone (Jeff) and Layne Eddy; and his stepsons, Carl Holt (Kim) and David Holt (Beth).

Interment, Syracuse City Cemetery, Syracuse, Utah In lieu of flowers donate to the Ogden Rescue Mission and Davis Animal Shelter.
