It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jasmine Hazen (Syracuse, Utah), born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on January 16, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur J. Charon and Marguerite Burrows Charon; her husband Richard Hazen May; and her children, Curt and Heidi.
She is survived by: her children, Laine Hazen (Raelyn), Terri Thurgood (Val) and Kristen Hazen (John). She is also survived by 8 grandsons, 2 granddaughters, 12 great-grandchildren.
