He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Herbert Christensen and Delphia Christensen; and his grandfather Donald Critchlow. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Jason and Joshua William; his parents, Cindy Critchlow-Lingbloom (Mike) and Mike (Cindy); his parents-in-law, Anthony DiGiovanni of Longmont, CO and Sherlyn DiGiovanni of Carlsbad; his siblings, Shawn WestPoint (Karisa), Brad Farr West (Cami), Laurie Parks (Chris), Andrea Jones (Joseph), Harrisville, Jenny Forsberg (Kent), Ogden, Caitlin, Green, Clearfield, Alli Cluff, Michael (Marcie), Joseph (Lauren), Colorado Springs and Kaidance; and his grandparents, Merna Critchlow, Ogden, Boyd and Joanne Serrani. He is also survived by many Aunts and Uncles, and last but not least twenty one nieces and nephews.
