He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Carter and Lois Carter. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Tidwell (Renae); his grandchildren, Sadie, Jack, Leo and Hayden; his children, Ryan Carter (Lisa), Justin, Kelly and Nathan Carter (Nicole); and his siblings, Alan, Connie Neylan (Dave) and David Carter (Julie).
