She is survived by: her spouse Elda Lucille Blackburn; her sons, Richard Dale Tuttle and Gary; her daughter-in-law Barbara; her grandson Brian; and also, Dale Tuttle of Springville Utah, Natalie, Edie, Romy, Michelle, Brian, Gavin and Garret.
