He is survived by: his children, Development and Committee; his wife Charlotte; his children, Russell Owen, Ann Christene Funkhouser, James Eugene, Jill Hazel Cahoon Ritter and Charles Jared; and his sisters, Edyth May Cahoon Hughes and LuJean Cahoon Allison. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
