She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kam Visaso and Chawee Visaso; her former spouse Sumott Pongpommard; her daughter Jurarat (Noy); her grandson Timothy Pongpommard; her husband John P. Mariani; her children, Wipanrat Plengsirivat (Tom) of West Haven, Triemsin Pongpommard (Priyawarn) of West Haven, Sirirak Sarmiento of Syracuse, McKean (Rick) of Cheyenne and Vasna Mariani Lam of Nibley; and her stepchildren, Donna Gale Mariani of Goldsboro, John Mariani of Athens and Joseph Mariani of Clearfield.
The family would like to express special thanks to the Buddhist Temple, Wat Chaimongkolvararam and invite others to leave memorial donations to the Buddhist temple in Sumalee's honor.
