He is survived by: his wife Dilara; his children, Monica Leon-Velez (Nelson), Phillip, Khan and Rueben; his mother Clara A. Meekins (Albert); his siblings, Pauline B. Gailey (Rick), Kathy Mann (Clay), Darius Sandoval and Melannee S. Butler; his grandchildren, Alana Antonio, Christopher Antonio and Nelson Antonio; his parents-in-law, Gunay Bolat and Cahit Simsek; his siblings-in-law, Samara Diz, Sementa Simsek and Erol Simsek; his wife Heidi; and also Alex Sandoval (Mary).
