She was predeceased by: her husband Wilbern Lee McDougal; her parents, Kenneth James Kofford and Florence Ruth Summers Kofford; and her sister JoAnne Kofford. She is survived by: her children, Julie Barrus, Jana Clukey (Darryl), Wilbern Lee McDougal Jr. and Wesley McDougal (Amanda); and her siblings, Rae Nebeker (Loren) and Gail Ferrin. She is also survived by her fourteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and a wide circle of extended family and friends.
Through her contributions to instructional manuals, she uplifted and inspired countless individuals around the world.
