He was predeceased by: his mother Patsy Winters; and his grandparents, Van, Merle Killian, E. Francis and Margaret Winters.

He is survived by: his father Evan B. Winters; his stepmother Donna G. Winters; and his siblings, Deena, Ian and Brian. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
