He was predeceased by: his mother Marjorie Lim Kwan. He is survived by: his father Fulton Checkfull Kwan; his wife Jennifer XiaoYing Chen; his children, Elizabeth and Richard; his pet Beebo; his sisters, Deanna Lyn Kwan (Michael Evangelista), Karen Kwan (Travis Dahl) and Lisa Kwan-Golden (Jeff Golden); his siblings' children, Meghan Kwan-Smith (Justin Layton), Shealyn Mayer (David Mayer), Amelia Michael Kwan-Lee and Brenner Kwan-Golden; and his great-niece Kaira Mayer. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, extended family and dear friends.
