He is survived by: his wife MarLa Luke (Peanut); his daughters, Jessica Winfrey (Frank), Amanda Morse (Jeremy) and Ashley Sawaya; his grandchildren, Jaxen, Alyssa, Aryana, Mahlia, Deegan, Brooklyn, Colton and Alex; his siblings, Beverly Simpson, Keith (Becky), Judy Sampson (Lance), Annette Chaus (Steve), Jim (Cathy) and Carol Calacino (John); and his family, Dr. Clarke Low, Dr. Jason Diaz, Dr. Dave Griffin and Dr. Vilija Avizonis.
