She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Hawkins and Betty Hawkins; and her daughter Jennifer Ham. She is survived by: her husband Gary Ham; and her children, Gary Ham Jr. (Julie), Melanie Reives (Earl), Matthew Ham (Lori), Allison Loosli (Keith) and Tiffany Barth (Paul). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (3495 W 4850 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84129). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
