Lewis; her stepson Jason Spencer; her grandsons, Austin T. Lewis-Bentley, Kayden Andrus, Andrew T. Lewis and Cooper S. Lewis; and her siblings, Leon Lewis (Robin), Laurie Kern (Jake) and Julie McWhorter.
