Higgins; her son Larry Higgins (Paula); her grandchildren, Ray M. Higgins, Steven B. Higgins, Jayson L. Higgins (Gabby) and Heidi Highley (Brandon); her great grandchild Kenny; and her sister-in-law Mary Young. She is also survived by her husband, parents.
