She is survived by : her parents, Francisco Arana Tobar and Reina Alicia Najarro Godoy; her husband David; her children, Kenneth (Ale), Nefi (Alexis) and Melanie; and her siblings, Francisco, Leoncio, Gregoria and Ruth.

She died peacefully on December 1st, 2021, at 5:31pm in the U of U hospital, due to Covid complications.
