He is survived by: his son Uncle; his grandfather Jerry N.; his stepfather Johnny Diaz Sr; his siblings, Paul Mascarenas, Johnny Diaz Jr, Jody Diaz (Gina), LeRoy Diaz (Kolette), Johnae Diaz, Edna Diaz (Chad), Angela Beltran (Daniel), Monica Martinez (Moses) and Kristie Gonzales (Chuy); and his children, Tina Martin (Shane), Lucas Mascarenas (Tina), Emilio Mascarenas, Anthony Mascarenas, Andrea Johnson and Consuela Leafty (Lorel).
