It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Jernigan (Tooele, Utah), born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on August 17, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carol Collier and James P. Jernigan, Jr.; and his children, Rebecca Jernigan and Aaron John McCoy. He is survived by: his wife Janet Breit Jernigan; his children, Joseph Jernigan Jr., Wade McCoy and Seth McCoy; his grandchildren, Raif McCoy, Quintan McCoy and Aiden Qualls; and his brother Jerry Jernigan.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at the LDS Chapel located at 1030 South 900 West, Tooele, with a prior visitation from 5:30 – 6:00 PM. favorite_border Donations Pledges.
