She was predeceased by: her parents, Loraine Madsen and Ray Edward Cox; her son Anthony Cox Fonger (Tony); and her brothers, Richard Cox and Ozzie Madsen.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Halcomb (Mark); her grandchildren, Amanda Richmond (Mike), Jeffery Brunson (Sam) and Kassi Carter (Nathan); her great grandchildren, Michael Richmond Jr., Lucious, Dimitrious, Aralious Richmond, Kathleen and Evan Brunson; and her siblings, Betty Matthews (Dean), Kaye Miles (Richard) and Tom Madsen. She is also survived by 2 step grandchildren and a few great grandchildren.
