He is survived by: his daughters, Katlyne Fonger and Alexis Clausen; his mother Vickie Rolfe; his stepfather Dick Rolfe; and his siblings, Ron Fonger and Tammy Jones Cissy Morton (Earl). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
