She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lee and Oma Lee; and her siblings, Ron Lee and Rae Jean Casteel. She is survived by: her husband Dale Niswonger; her sons, Paul Edwards (Jeri) and Gary Edwards (Wendy); her stepdaughter Tammy Church (Mike); her grandchildren, Gennessy, Collin Edwards and Ryan Church; and her brother Robert Lee.
