He was predeceased by: his grandson Mark Halcomb. He is survived by: his parents, Calvin Runyon and Lucy Canfield; and his children, William Runyon (Gail) of Atlanta, GA., Timothy Runyon (Ivonne) of St Petersburg, FL., Patricia (Mickey Gartman) of Phoenix, AZ, Richard Runyon of Phoenix, AZ, Mary McCawley of Phoenix, AZ, Mark Runyon (Joni) of Tooele, UT. and Michael Runyon (Scarlet) of Altus, OK.. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; and many other family and dear friends.
