He was predeceased by: his parents, Oriville Knutson and Frances Young Knutson; his wife Janice Knutson; and his siblings, Ernest Knutson, Joyce Whitmore and JoAnn Kubischta.
He is survived by: his children, Lance Knutson (Tara) of Vernal, Rhonda Shay (Michael) of Jensen, Kris Speth (Lisa) of Birdseye and Keri Feather (Sean) of San Diego, CA; and his brother David. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
