She was predeceased by: her husband Cleve Bryan Yates; her parents, Yvonne Carter and Terrell Carter; her sister Caroline Oakey; her parents-in-law, Mont and Betty Yates; and her brother-in-law Jeffery Yates.
She is survived by: her daughters, CleAnn Yates of Vernal and Carly Yates (Lance Betts) of Roosevelt; her grandchildren, Kayden, Cruz, Jazlynn Jensen and Brayden Belk; her sister Bonnie Broadhead; and her brother-in-law Marlin Yates. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
