She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard George and Alice Loader Jacobson; her husband George Evan Jensen; her sons, Mike and Randy; and her daughter-in-law Lorraine Jensen.
She is survived by: her sons, George Jensen of Vernal, Steve Jensen of Taylorsville and Jack Jensen (Cindy) of Vernal; and her siblings, Richard Jacobson, Paul Jacobson (Lilly) and Ginger Menelle (Joe). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 59 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews.
