He is survived by: his son Daniel (Amanda); his former wife Tamara Lee; his daughter Nikole (Rex); his grandchildren, Braxten, Maycee, Zayden and Nikki; and his siblings, Lonnie (Robin), Brent (Nicky) and Vicki Hull (Cory).
