She was predeceased by: her brother Clet Preece. She is survived by: her spouse Theodore Allen Holly; her children, Crystal Smith of Vernal, Hollie Krupela (Bob) of Phoenix and Craig Holly (Nicole) of Henderson; her grandchildren, Kendall Kwast (Anthony), Nicole, Kyle, Jared, Daniel Krupelaand, Kelsey Smith and Christa Gerber; her great grandchild Elliot Kwast; and her sisters, Debbie Buckendorf and Kim Jones. She is also survived by her parents; husband.
