He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Alice Bodily Ruppe; his parents, Reva Marie Simmons Ruppe and Cecil Putnam "Mike" Ruppe; his children, Norman, Glen (Vici), Phillip, Christopher, Andrew, Michael (KC) and Alayna of Vernal; his siblings, Jack Ruppe (Reita), Shirley Oldaker and Gladys Peterson; his children, Phillips, Alicia Wilkins of Vernal, Angela Slaugh (Taylon) of Vernal and Adrianna Fuchs (Eric) of Vernal; his grandson Tyler; his great grandchild Colton; and his siblings, Larry and Janet. He was also cherished by 26 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
