He is survived by: his wife Marlene Gurr; his children, Pam Berrett (Mark), Daleen Hazelbush (Bob), Mari Ellen Byers (Bret) and Greg Kendall (Susan); and his siblings, Betty Smuin (Ervin) and Darris Kendall (Sherry).
