He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence W. Austin and Glenna King Austin; his sister Joanne; his son-in-law Norman Ruppe; and his son Adam Austin.

He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Kofoed; his siblings, Jenney Hoffman, Marilynn Smith, Kathy Nelson, Mark and Richard Austin; his wife Pam; and his children, Brian, Jared (Janelle), Shelly Ruppe, Seth, Samuel and Katie Batty (T. J.). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please do a kindness for someone in need or send chocolates, whichever is easier.
