It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delma Watkins of Vernal, Utah, who passed away on August 20, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alama John and Gladys Pearl Richins Buist; her husband Shirley Watkins; her brother Douglas Buist; and her son-in-law Jimmy Rowe (Buck).
She is survived by: her children, Linda Rowe, Alan Watkins (Deanna) and Wayne "Skinny" Watkins (Ellen); and her siblings, Earnest Buist (Gloria), Roger Buist, Boyd Buist, Barbara Holmes (Benny) and Joyce Boren (Gerry). She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren 33 Great Grandchildren and 8 Great Great-Grandchildren.
