It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer McDowell (Vernal, Utah), who passed away on July 10, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Eliza Lucretia Spencer McDowell; his brother Samuel Ray McDowell; his father Oliver Calvin McDowell; his sisters, Grace McDowell Bohannon, Verba McDowell Jones and Elise McDowell Hough; his wife Glenda; his great grandchild Abbigail Kaye Merrell; and also William Earl McDowell.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Kathleen Pedersen (Scott) of Vernal; and his children, Calvin McDowell (Deanna) of Bend Oregon, Paula Breitenbach (Karl), Bruce McDowell and Kaye Williams (Audie) of Silt Colorado. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 39 Great Grandchildren.
