He is survived by: his former wife Shari East; his son Rocky Scott Smith (Sandy) of Bayview; his spouse Shirley Jackson; and his daughters, LeAnn Spoon (David Pitchford) of Vernal, Cheryl Robertson (Gene) of Vernal and Lana Hogue (Jimmy) of Vernal. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 8 great- grandchildren.
